Mrs. Uzelac is a graduate of Forest Hills High School and a 2011 graduate of Mount Aloysius College where she received her Associate’s degree in Nursing. After passing state boards, she worked for five years at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, then took a position in an urgent care center where she worked for 7 years. During this time, she completed her bachelors degree at Grand Canyon university and continued training through Chamberlain University for a Master’s in Family nurse practitioner. She obtained national certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Family Practice and joined the PCS team. She currently resides in Johnstown PA with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys helping others, spending time with family, and pursuing health & fitness.
