We accept payment from most insurance companies including Highmark, Health America/Health Assurance, Access Plus, Unison MedPlus, Gateway, UPMC and Aetna. If your insurance plan is not listed above, please call us to discuss it.
Please be sure PCS is covered by your plan prior to the office visits. For services not covered by insurance we ask that you pay at the time of service. We discount our fee to those who pay when service is rendered.
If your child needs a referral to a specialist or another provider, such as a speech or hearing specialist, please let us know. It usually takes three business days for the referral to be complete.
PCS maintains a comprehensive and confidential file of services we provide to your child. If you are moving, need to transfer the records or need copies for a visit to a specialist, please let us know and we will take care of it. Please allow up to two weeks for the records to transfer.
